Promoting regular, and quick discussion, across the team around questions such as these help with creating a common understanding and vision, as well as creating more alignment across teams. Alignment doesn’t mean that everyone is doing the same thing. Rather, it means that team members are able to understand how their work connects with others, and how they can lead from a common ground.
Books, and audio books, are always a great resource to learn more on the topic of teamwork, so I wanted to pull together several of the reading lists I’ve provided over the years.
