Effective leadership today requires adaptability, emotional intelligence as well as foundational leadership skills in the more traditional and technical areas. Leading in today's ongoing, complex change requires not only great training, but support afterwards to ensure that learning and change is supported. Many of our programs involve training processes followed by coaching support to ensure sustainability.
We have designed and delivered customized training programs, coaching programs as well as speaking engagements for a wide range of organizations in the area of leadership, team development and succession planning. We also provide coaching training for leaders, as well as mentor training support. Our mentor training developed in conjunction with the Toronto CFA Society won an innovation award in 2008.
We have delivered services in the realm of leadership and leadership skills to the Canada Conference Board, Toronto CFA Society, as well as organizations in the areas of social services, mental health, youth, and also the chemical, mining and engineering sectors. We have also designed and delivered supervisory skills training and coaching skills training to agencies of the United Nations.

For those leaders who wish to join other leaders in a public program we offer the Teams365 Team Leader Foundations online learning program, as well as the Teams365 Coaching Groups. The Foundations program consists of monthly modules offered by phone to build your skills and insights into key leadership skill areas such as Time Management, Communication Skills, Coaching Skills for Leaders, and Your Leadership Style.
If you prefer to meet with peers from other organizations to participate in a coaching group, which focuses on developing awareness and taking action around your core goals, you may want to participate in one of our Coaching Groups.

Potentials Realized founder Jennifer Britton is an author in the area of coaching skills and teamwork. Prior to founding Potentials Realized in 2004, she worked for 13 years in the global sector as a Program Director and Manager for Canadian and British organizations and also the United Nations. She brings deep appreciation, first hand knowledge and skills in the areas of managing global teams, virtual teams and cross-cultural collaboration. Our passion for working with emerging leaders stems from her own experience leading a multinational team of more than 100 at the age of 26.
