Leading in Times of Uncertain CHANGE, TEAMWORK, Building CAPACITY Through Coaching and Mentoring in a World of Change

Ot2026 Keynotes, Speaking and Interactive Sessions

We deliver keynotes, lunch and learns and interactive virtual sessions to 3 main groups:
1. Leaders and Organizations - around change, connection, coaching, team and leadership issues for the Future of Work
2. Solopreneurs and Small Business Owners
3. Group and Team Coaches

Our 3 most popular speaking sessions in 2026 so far have been:

Momentum by Design: How to Turn Ideas into Consistent Results
(Flow Flex Scale™)
In today’s fast-moving and uncertain landscape, many solopreneurs and teams are not short on ideas—they are short on consistent execution. This engaging and practical keynote introduces the Flow Flex Scale™ Operating System, a simple yet powerful framework for turning clarity into action, and action into momentum.
Participants explore the 9 Catalysts of business growth and learn how to identify where they are stuck, focus on what matters most, and build a rhythm of consistent progress. Whether navigating growth, change, or reinvention, this session provides a clear and actionable pathway forward.
Audience will learn:
  • How to identify where they are stuck across 9 key areas
  • A 3-step process to move from overwhelm to focused execution
  • How to build a weekly rhythm that drives consistent results
  • Why momentum—not more ideas—is the key to sustainable success
Key takeaway:
A practical roadmap to build clarity, focus, and consistent momentum immediately.

Coaching Capacity: The Leadership Advantage in Times of Change
(Coaching the Future of Work)
As the pace of change accelerates and AI reshapes how we work, leadership is no longer about having the answers—it is about building the capacity of individuals and teams to navigate complexity, collaborate effectively, and sustain performance over time.
In this thought-provoking keynote, Jennifer Britton explores coaching capacity as a critical leadership skill for the future of work. Drawing on decades of experience, she introduces the core capacities required to lead in uncertainty and highlights how coaching approaches strengthen trust, engagement, and adaptability.
Audience will learn:
  • The 6 core capacities needed to lead in a rapidly changing environment
  • How coaching strengthens collaboration, resilience, and performance
  • The role of conversation in driving change and alignment
  • Practical ways to embed coaching into everyday leadership
Key takeaway:

Designing Human Connection: Creating Workplaces That Engage and Perform
(Human Connection and Experience Design)
In a world of increasing complexity and digital interaction, the quality of human connection at work has never mattered more. Yet many organizations leave connection, engagement, and culture to chance.
This interactive keynote introduces the principles of Human Connection Design and explores how leaders can intentionally create meaningful experiences that strengthen trust, collaboration, and performance. Through practical examples and reflection, participants discover how small, well-designed moments can create significant impact.
Audience will learn:
