Coaching Services
Coaching services are a main focus of what we offer. Whether it is a 6 month executive, team or personal coaching program, an intensive 5 day Shadow Coaching™ engagement, coach training for your staff, or a group coaching process to support and sustain the learning from a recent training program, we're there to partner with you.
We've written the book on team and group coaching - literally! Potentials Realized founder, Jennifer Britton, MES, PCC, CPCC, is the author of Effective Group Coaching (Wiley, 2010) and From One to Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching (Jossey-Bass, 2013). We are also a PRISM Award Winner (ICF -Toronto) for our work with The Scarborough Hospital in establishing a coaching culture. We provide coaching services in the following areas: Corporate/Executive Coaching Coaching Skills training for Leaders Team Coaching 1-1 or Individual Coaching for Leaders, Business Owners, and Individuals Group Coaching Mentor Coaching (for Coaches in certification or accreditation processes) Click on each type of coaching to be taken to that relevant page. Individual coaching services are usually held by phone or Skype. Group Coaching services may be delivered in-person or by phone. Team Coaching services also can be delivered as a series of phone and in person sessions. Coaching Services are delivered by Jennifer Britton, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), recognized by the International Coach Federation. Jennifer is well-known for her leadership in the area of group coaching and is the author of Effective Group Coaching (Wiley, 2010) and From One to Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching. Jennifer is connected to a global network of certified professional coaches, and brings on coaches as needed for larger initiatives, including team coaching. Jennifer was originally trained as a coach more than a decade ago and is certified by the Coaches Training Institute She has also completed advanced coach training as an Organization and Relationship Systems Coach and a Shadow Coach™. Since 2006, hundreds of coaches have taken her Group Coaching Essentials, Advanced Group Coaching Practicum and Group Coaching Intensive programs to develop their own group coaching work.
