Team Coaching engagements are a series of sustained team development processes focusing on issues facing the team. We customize each team coaching engagement which usually includes:
- A series of touch-points, which can be in-person with some also by phone. Engagements may kick off with an off-site, or may include a series of 1.5-3.5 hour onsite meetings over six to twelve months with your team.
- A focus on development team agreements, shared vision and norms
- A grounding in team effectiveness research and what is proven in developing high performing teams
- A link into your business objectives
- A focus on the strengths and styles that exist within a team
It is common for team coaching engagements to include work around styles, strengths, your team and organizational values, your vision, the factors of high performing teams, as well as some skill development to help your team excel (for example, difficult conversations, communication skills).
As an authorized partner of Everything DiSC we will often incorporate the Everything DiSC series of profiles, along with the Team Diagnostic Assessment from Team Coaching International.
