- Working with teams via Team Days or virtual team sessions to develop both individual and team understanding of their strengths and how they can lean into these to meet the ongoing challenges and opportunities
- Support through coaching of managers in a one-on-one or group format using the CliftonStrengths 34 Profile
In Focus : STrengths Coaching for Managers
Managers including team leaders play a key role in engagement, relationships and results. As a Gallup Strengths Certified Coach we support managers through Strengths Coaching and also in rolling out strengths conversations with their team.
Meet NED* (a pseudonom), a new leader. as part of his leadership development programming he was assigned Jennifer as his coach. We provided individual coaching to him and several of his colleagues This included the roll out of the CliftonStrengths profile for each leader, and then follow up coaching converations. Starting with a one-hour strengths conversation, each leader developed a coaching plan aligned with their goals and their strengths. Coaching sessions were held virtually, typically every two weeks for a 30 minute conversation at a time.
