Potentials rRealized founder, Jennifer Britton, spent the first thirteen years of her career working across Central and South America and Europe, with Canadian and British organizations and the United Nations, before founding Potentials Realized in 2004. She brings a deep appreciation and understanding of what successful leadership in today’s global world requires, in addition to a solid understanding of global cultural competence. Jennifer has continued to provide cross-cultural briefings for professionals, executives and their accompanying spouses for the past 10 years. She has worked with thousands of international professionals over her career, helping them be as successful as possible in navigating the global business context

We have delivered programs in more than 18 countries around the world, and supported professionals in dozens more. We have delivered programming for multiple agencies of the United Nations including UNICEF West and Central Africa Regional Office (2010).
In addition to her own published writing in the areas of team and group coaching, Jennifer was also a contributor to The Essential Guide to Training Global Audiences: Your Planning Resource of Useful Tips and Techniques (Wiley 2008), based on her experience of training in South America, the Caribbean and Germany.
