- Dominance (D): Individuals with a Dominance style are driven by results, assertiveness, and a desire to take charge. They are direct, decisive, and goal-oriented, often seeking challenges and opportunities for leadership. Dominant individuals are focused on achieving outcomes, which can make them effective problem solvers and decision-makers. However, they may need to be mindful of being overly authoritative and considerate of others' input.
- Influence (i): The Influence style is characterized by enthusiasm, sociability, and a people-oriented approach. Individuals with an Influence style thrive in social interactions, enjoy building relationships, and often possess excellent communication skills. They are creative, optimistic, and enjoy being in the spotlight. While their energy can uplift the team, they may need to balance their enthusiasm with attention to details and deadlines.
- Steadiness (S): Individuals with a Steadiness style are known for their patience, cooperation, and stability. They prioritize harmonious relationships and work well in supportive roles. Steady individuals are reliable, empathetic, and excellent team players who value consistency and predictability. While their calming influence is beneficial, they should ensure they don't avoid conflict to the detriment of progress.
- Conscientiousness (C): The Conscientiousness style is marked by a focus on accuracy, precision, and systematic approaches. Individuals with this style are analytical, detail-oriented, and methodical in their work. They excel at critical thinking, planning, and ensuring quality outcomes. However, they might sometimes need to balance their pursuit of perfection with flexibility and adaptability.
