Chapter 1’s Reconnecting Workspaces myth is “We need to be physically present to get things done, build relationships, have dinner parties, birthday parties, build teams and achieve business results”.
The pandemic demonstrated how connection can be just as strong in the virtual space, especially with people who might never have had the opportunity to connect. While physical presence is often the best option, sometimes that is just not possible.
What are the things you have accomplished in the last year that would not have been possible if it weren’t because it was virtual?

There are pros and cons to everything, and while face-to-face is always preferred, virtual connects us in ways that span distance!
