Chapter 12 of Reconnecting Workspaces starts out with a quote from Jim Collins, who studied companies that went from “good to great,” sustaining their company performance through the ups and downs of many turbulent economic and political eras.
In that research, Collins identified a number of factors which lead to sustained greatness, what is commonly referenced as, “you need to get the right people, on the right bus, in the right seat.”
