Consider these questions as you reflect on your current projects:
What's working well? What successes have you had during the project? How can you communicate these more frequently or with a wider audience?
What's not working well? What feedback is needed? What needs attention? What changes need to be made?
How are you in terms of being on time, scope and budget? With this in mind, what needs attention this coming week?
What additional resourcing is needed?
What stakeholders need to be involved?
What's the one thing that from your perspective could have a significant impact on the project if it were to happen? What can you do to mitigate this?
Have a great Saturday,
Jennifer
