This is the last week that many teams are together before starting holidays until the new year. Today' Team Building Question #165 gets you to consider the question "What will make things easier?".
As you consider your work going forward what will make it easier?
What does each team member consider "easy" for them? What can they do to do more of that work?
What do you need to remove or get out of the way to make things easier?
In today's context of ongoing change, easy can be good. It doesn't mean simple but it can be a place where people focus to get things done, and renew.
