Just as in any facilitation role, it can be useful to build your virtual facilitation toolkit. If you are leading a number of webinars, or virtual team meetings it can be useful to have a variety of tools you can use whether you meet on a bridgeline, WebEx, AdobeConnet or Zoom.

Team/Group Development (helping them at the different stages of forming, storming, norming, performing and adjourning)
