Our stretch zone is.....
A stretch zone is an area that is usually just beyond your performance levels. Stretch zones encourage you to grow and challenge yourself, in a way that is supportive. You know you have moved beyond your stretchzone when it is just too difficult.
Selecting one or two stretch zones a month or quarter can help to support continued challenge and energy for different team members, especially for those whose work may have become routine. For newer team members, each day may take them into their stretch zone.
Considerations when exploring your stretch zones include:
