As I mention in some of my training, " Delegation doesn't mean getting something off your plate. It should provide an opportunity for learning and growth for the person being delegated to".

Delegation is an art form and a necessity for getting more done in today's environment. We want to make sure that we are setting up those who are being delegated to for success.
