It's time for another review of our weekly New Team Leadership Tips. This week we looked at taking time to plan and goal set, foster trust, focus your meetings, and also create shared team norms. The importance of high performing teams in creating shared team norms (wht is acceptable and unacceptable for us as a team behaviorally) is continuing to gain visibility through excellent case studies such as the research Google did around this.
