Activities which build trust include:
* Being transparent - in what we know and don't know
* being real or genuine - being who we are
* Following through - what commitments have you made in these first few weeks? What needs attention
* Listening
* Walking your talk
* Presenting yourself accurately
* Acting in integrity
Trust on teams is a foundation. Where there is no trust very little can change. Notice the level of trust on your team. Does this need attention? Keep in mind that for team success you don't only need trust with team members, they need to trust each other as well. What activities and actions will build trust on your team?
