Today's post gets you and the team thinking about their optimal work rhythm. Circadian rhythms point to times of day each one of us as at our most productive. Consider what time of day you focus most at - is it early morning, mid-afternoon, late at night? What can you do to leverage this?
In other posts here at the Teams365 blog I've covered additional time management tips such as the Pomodoro Technique which gets you working in "focused blocks" usually of 25 minutes followed by a 5 minute break. While I don't work this way that often, when I have set the time for 25 minutes, I've found more creative bursts and focus.
