Keeping aligned with our weekly theme of feedback today i wanted to share a quote of what I've encouraged teams I've worked with as a leader, or an external support to reflect upon.

As you have read in many of this week's posts on feedback here at the Teams365 blog, feedback is a critical part of success for teams today. Making it a practice of offering both positive and constructive feedback among all team members - peer to peer and not just leader to team members - creates a team culture where learning, mistakes and growth are valued.

Creating the space and culture for mistakes and failure and learning is key in today's environment for innovation and growth.
