For the L in our virtual and remote team leadership a – z I have chosen lessons learned. Being able to identify and leverage lessons learned is a key quality when touch points may be more infrequent and a multiple set of stakeholders can be involved.
The ability to coach others can be key in helping to create a rich learning environment
Providing the opportunity to do quick debriefs or post mortems (or mid mortems as I liked to say) throughout team leadership support can help with realigning projects, resources and relationships.
