Here ar Potentials Realized part of our mandate is to provide valuable resources which team leaders can use in their work. As such, over the last three years I've experimented with a variety of complimentary educational monthly series. In fall 2014 I launched the Team Leader Breakfast Cafe series, a20-30 minute call held in the morning. You can listen into some of those calls here.  Late last year I started experimenting iwth offering a monthly blab for team leaders. Your feedback indicated that it was a little more difficult to participate in, due to firewall issues and availability, so this month we returned back to a webinar format, AND I think you'll like it.

I'd like to invite you to view our March Webinar on Coaching Skills for Leaders, and area I spend a lot of my time and attention around. Listen into what core skills leaders can benefit from, as well as benefits from integrating a coaching approach.
