From team effectiveness research we know that high performing teams are complimentary and leverage the different strengths with exist.
A quick activity to do is to ask team members to identify and share what's unique about their contribution. Maybe they are the "social coordinator" and really bring the strength and focus on relationships for the team. If you think people will not be able to answer this off the top of their head, you may want to bring a selection of photos (like our Conversation Sparker deck) to get people thinking, or ask them to bring in an object which represents what they see represents their uniqueness.
