In coaching, our focus is always on supporting those we are speaking with to get clearer on their goals, while getting into action and gaining new awareness
This new awareness could involve:
- discovering new options on how to get where you are going;
- identifying assumptions you are holding;
- identifying roadblocks;
- or stepping into a new perspective.
