As a leader spend a few minutes noticing the patterns that exist within your team and work - it might be the patterns you are noticing with results, or relationships. It might be about noticing the patterns of impact you are having (and the ripple effect that it causes).
Notice that as you look at patterns it is a different way of looking at data. The realm of patterns takes us into the meta-view or 30,000 foot view of perspective.
This is a great series of questions to ask your team members to comment on as well. What do they notice about patterns? What patterns do they see that you don't?
