Next time you go to have a conversation, consider including these:
What is the most important goal you are working on right now?
What ‘s important about that?
What is your end result?
What will success look like?
What do you need to do in order to get there?
What else do you need to consider?
What support do you need? From Me? From Others?
If there were no barriers, what would you do?
What else is a priority?
If you look at your current goal from a strategic level (30,000 foot view) what do you notice?
If you look at your current goal from "the weeds" or tactical perspective, what do you notice?
