Today's team building tip gets you to consider the question "What Else?". Whether you are looking to approach a problem more innovatively or facing a problem with high states, it can serve your interest to pose the question "What Else?" not just once but many times.

In coaching team members the question "What else?" can help to expand perspectives and with that possible options. Using the question in a one-on-one coaching conversation may also help to gather more info or create more focus.

In your next team meeting consider posing the question "What else?"
