This week's team building tip continues our focus around celebration. As many of you are moving into project and task completion at the end of the year, what will you do to celebrate success. We often forget to pause and actually recognize our accomplishments.
Some possible ideas for celebration are:
- Host a special lunch in or dinner out
- Project close out token (some teams have hats made, others paperweights, or tablet casings)
- A staff meeting which acknowledges effort
- A handwritten thank you note
- A presentation on best practices and lessons learned for other teams
