It's also the start of the last month of the year. It's "NOW time". Now or never for many leaders. In preparation for this month, I'd like to pose these questions for you to consider, and keep in mind :
What's important for you and the team to complete this month?
Which project needs the most attention?
What support are you going to need to wrap everything up?
What decisions need to be made before month end/year end?
What space do you want to create for reflection this month??
What space do you want to create for planning this month?
what space do you want to create for celebration this month?
As you reflect back to where you were as a team even at the start of September, what have been significant changes and/or shifts?
What other questions will be useful to ask yourself as yo move into the month of December?
I'd also like to hear from you. What would you like to have me cover in upcoming posts? Your topic suggestions are welcomed! Please email me or comment below.
Best
