This week's team building tip is a reminder that even virtual teams need face to face time. For truly virtual teams that span regions or even the globe, these annual, or semi-annual opportunities for rubbing shoulders can make a key difference between good and exceptional performance. Consider what opportunities you have to get together right now. Whether it is an opportunity to tag on meetings with other regional or global initiatives, face to face time is important.
