1 A common vision - What is the vision for your work together? by the end of
2. Shared performance goals and measures - What are the key goals and milestones of the project? What will success look like? How and when will you check in around how you are achieving these goals?
3. Clear roles and expectations - What roles will exist on the team? How do they overlap? Connect? What gaps are there?
4 Shared commitment - How will you have each others' backs? What are you committed to, no matter what?
Project kick off meetings are often full of milestones and performance dialogue. While this is important. consider interspersing it with some discussion around who you are as a team and what each team member brings to the table.
