Over the past week I've been focusing Relationship Management skills as part of the Emotional Intelligence framework. I thought it would be fitting to focus on some questions to consider when building partnership, especially with others who might operate in silos different than your own.

For many years now I have been writing, speaking and training others in the areas of collaboration, relationship management and partnership development. Today's post stems from a former blog post I wrote back in 2012 at my BizToolkit blog.
