In a few weeks on June 2nd I'll be launching the Virtual Facilitation Skills Intensive, a fifteen hour online program I will be facilitating live around Virtual Facilitation Skills. Our ability to be more effective facilitators in leading training and meetings in the virtual realm is critical. And that's the focus of the program. Over the course of five three hour weekly sessions we will be looking not only at what makes virtual facilitation good, but also at some core tools we can use in facilitation.
