Uber: Every decade has its own word for incredible, awesome, rad. What’s uber, or amazing, for your team?
Unbelievable – What’s unbelievable? Unbelievable can be one of those terms that go either way - unbelievable in a good way, and a bad way.
Undeniable – What’s undeniable, something that is so true it can't be wrong?
Us - When we get into the terrain of team we leave the realm of me and I to we and us. What comes to mind when you think of us in the context of the team?
Unique – What’s unique about each of the team members? How do they see their role as being unique?
United – Standing in solidarity with each other allows for strength. Where is the team united? Where are they separate?
