Welcome to a new month! We are at Q in the 6 #Leadership Questions a day series. Q stands for questions, quizzical, quorum, quotation, quality, query.
Quorum - Quorum is the number of people required to be able to transact business for many entities. You can read a definition of the term here.
Question to consider: What is the quorum do you need in order to be in agreement?

Question to consider: What are the questions you want to be asking your team right now?
Quizzical - something quizzical in nature usually gets us to stop and pause. Question to consider "What's quizzical in your world right now"
Quality - Quality is the name of the game for most organizations. Companies such as GE has been leaders in this field. Approaches such as Six Sigma and Lean and Agile all bring tremendous quality roots.
Question to consider:: As a leader, what professional development opportunities do you foresee for yourself in boosting your toolbox in the area of quality?
Quotes/Quotation - Quotes can be a quick addition to a team meeting, and can provide a new slant on dialogue. A fun, and easy, activity for a team is to have each team member share a quote they like, on a rotational basis.
Question to consider: What are a handful of quotes you lead by, or would like to share with others?
A query is another name for a question. This week consider what your team's greatest query is.
