Over the last few months I have blogged quite a bit on the topic of culture, which is is the forms the representation of our values, norms, and how we do things. Culture may become more visible in times of change, when as things change things may be in conflict with each other. Read past posts about culture here.
Question to consider: How would we describe the culture of our team right now?
The ability, or inability, for teams to move positively through conflict is a key challenge for many teams, and often means the difference from getting by to truly excelling. Consider how you approach conflict as a team and what is working with that approach. We often forget that conflict can also be an enabler, and forms the roots of innovation.
Question to consider: What conflict is helping us as a team?
We do not operate in isolation. What are our most important connections? Where can we collaborate more? Read more about collaboration for teams and team leaders here.
Today's business environment is one which is ever-changing. While many feel that change is not always a positive thing, consider what changes would be beneficial to us as a team?
Having each other's back is key to success. What can we count on from each other?
Have a great Wednesday,
