As team members it can be very useful to have similar frameworks to lead from, communicate from, problem solve from.

Today's team building tip is an encouragement to think about how you can intentionally bring into your meetings or work some new ideas. Whether it's selecting a different book to read, a video or TED Talk to view as a team, consider what is going to spark the team with new ideas and approaches.

The Essential Leadership Reads I have covered each Saturday for the last few months are a starting point of some resources to bring in.
