For example, if customer service is your priority this year consider these questions:
- what are the behvaiors which demonstrate excellence in customer services. What would an outsider see in your office/environment to demonstrate excellent customer service?
- Consider timeframes?
- Communication - what does excellent customer service sound like?
- What the team work looks like to make "excellence" happen
