teams365 #3763: The TRIAD of Trust, Safety and Connection ™

This spring as I have been working with a number of teams, I continue to hear the yearning for enhanced trust, safety and connection. Way back in 2017 when I published Effective Virtual Conversations I introduced the “triad of trust, safety and connection”. Since that time the concept has become increasingly popular with the teams I have worked with an even morphed from a triad as in music to the powerful three sided triangle, indicating that all three elements are needed in order for teams to thrive.

Yesterday, I started a new video series where I will be sharing one video per day on some of the key social feeds we don’t always use as much, for example,
