Today, as part of the 24 for 24, and in creating more ease and flow in your life, consider what are your goals for the year, month or quarter. Don’t just consider your work goals, but also your personal goals. Maybe you have some goals around:
Health
Lifestyle
Relationships
Learning
Write these out and make them visible.
Most people are familiar with the SMART-E framework , enuring that goals are :
S- SPECIFIC
M – Measurable
A – Achievable (with some stretch)
R – Realistic
T – Timebound
And as I like to say – make the goals SMART - E
E – Exciting! If a goal is not exciting we are unlikely to follow through with them.
Each year I like to set my list of goals, which again this year is appropriately 24 for 24. Some of my goals include reading a minimum of 24 books (something I've been successful doing in past years), continuing to get to the gym 5-7 days a week, and getting more sleep.
