One of the key themes which has been remaining the same all year, and probably even enhancing in volume, is that of time management and finding effective ways to maximize the time you have available.
Earlier this year I shared with you the 4 D model to time management (Teams365 #255), which Microsoft often talks about, as does Jack Canfield. in the new year it is likely that time management will still remain a challenge. Today's team building tip is a reminder to share this framework at one of your upcoming team meetings. What impact does it have for you, and for the entire team?
Over the next few weeks, in perhaps a quieter time of year, consider what you want to:
Delegate
Do (Now!)
Defer
and Dump or Delete
Write it down so you remember when you are back to work in the new year.
Have a great Sunday,
Jennifer
