Today's Essential Leadership Read is Leaders Eat Last: Why Some Teams Pull Together and Others Don't by Simon Sinek. In Teams365 #221 I spotlighted his first book, It Starts With Why. Developing a practice to ask Why? within the business context today allows us to see how, and what is important to the team. You can view Simon's TedEx talk about the same topic here. This has been a popular focus/theme area for many teams I have worked with this year, helping them with alignment and real clarity around their goals and what is important.
Teams are the driving engine of many organizations today, however, we don't always give them the space, support and resources to excel. What will team success look like for you during 2015.
As you look back to 2015 and the books you have read, what would you say have been your top 5 or 10 reads of the year?
Have a great week,
Jennifer
