#TEams365 #345: Team Building Tip #12: Regular one on Ones are Key

Closely aligned with yesterday's post on Questions, One on Ones are key to any team leader's success. It is often these short conversation points that build connection and trust, as well as flag any issues which need attention with our team members. As I have written earlier this year, one-on-ones don't have to take a lot of time when done regularly. They are also critical for course correction when things are moving off the rails Rather than things getting too far off course, one-on-ones can point to some small changes needed.
