This week's Sunday audio here at the Teams365 blog is on coaching skills for leaders, an area close to my heart. Many of you may have first met me through my writing around group or team coaching. Over the past decade I've been privileged to work with thousands of coaches and leaders in coaching skills training. In fact, the better part of these last two weeks has been spent in working with three different groups from different organizations on coaching, mentoring and facilitation skills. What's similar across these three domains is on building skills to have more focused conversations.

This week's eleven minute Sunday audio focuses on Coaching Skills for Leaders. I cover three core skills we can all enhance, whether we are having conversation with our team members or with peers.
