As we wind down the final month of the year it is a natural pause point (once all the work is over) to take stock of the year that was. This month I dedicated the December Team Leader Breakfast Cafe to the topic of the year in review. In the short 14 minute audio I include several questions you may want to reflect on and journal around as you wind down the year.
This year we have covered a wide variety of topics - from coaching skills, to conflict, teamwork skills, to virtual teams, facilitation skills to feedback. We've still got 24 days left in this year's 365 and I'll be making sure we get through the Leadership a through z.
