This week I've selected an excellent read for any team leader - new, experienced or aspiring - Teaming by Amy Edmondson. The book takes an important view of teaming in today's environment, pointing to essential elements for team leaders, and members to consider in creating success for themselves.
For those of us who have worked in global, virtual, project based environments, we know how important it is to develop skills to be able to build relationships and create powerful teams for short periods.
While I haven't read her additional Teaming to Innovate, if it's as interesting as her first book, it would be a great addition to your bookstand.
