Relationships are one part of the equation and often get overlooked in our urgency to move ahead. In today’s remote and hybrid world, “no person is an island”. We need others to get work done and excel.

8. Do you want to build in mini-milestones along the way? If so, what ones?
9. What will you do to celebrate once you get there?
10. Who else do you want to enroll on your team to help you with your most important achievements?
