Assets are things we have going for us. What are the assets which your team has? This may include your resource base, budget, Human Resources, and other relationships you have.
Aspirations – As we have seen in other posts, vision is a key factor which an help to shift the team forward. What are your aspirations? What do you as a team aspire to? What are individual aspirations of each team member? Talking about these can support the team connecting with your vision.
Achievements – Each month end I encourage you to think about your key achievements for the month. What do you notice as you move into the last month of the first quarter of the year. What have been your achievements?
Attitudes – Our attitudes tend to shape our behaviors which impact our results. What are the attitudes you hold around priorities? Results? Relationships?
Awareness – Awareness of strengths and styles are a key part of the process of becoming a high performing team. What could the team benefit from acquiring more awareness around?
Accountability – As Patrick Lencioni asserts cohesive teams are accountable teams. Howare you holding yourselves accountable for your goals and results?
Have a great start to your week,
Jennifer
