Originally written as a guide for onboarding remote and hybrid workers, it’s being used by teams and individuals of all kinds – those who are starting a new role, as well as those wanting an accelerator or focus to their work.

• What happens when we don’t do it?
• What happens when we do?
• What is the collaborative payoff?
• What happens when we focus?
• What are we able to deliver when we are on point?
