This is a great question to ask of each team member to see what's possible, as well as how aligned you are as a team in terms of alignment around where you are going.
For more important goals, it can be useful to have these become visual targets, things which people can see and refer to on a regular basis. It could be as simple as posting a bulls-eye in your team meeting room, or in a hallway, with the goal written on it. On a weekly basis (or as frequently as you meet as a team) get everyone to note where they see the team being in terms of movement towards the goal.
The variance can be a very provoking discussion!
