It's Sunday and time for another audio post here at the TEams365 blog. In today's short audio (9minutes) I take us back into the terrain of the science of trust. This fall I've enjoyed going back to university learning through an online course with Berekely in the realm of Positive Psychology. One of the areas we explored were some of the research studies which point to what does build trust, and also what detracts.

In today's world there is still questioning about the importance spending time on these softer areas - trust, emotional intelligence, connection. AS more empirical data becomes available the science underpins what has been practiced in the workplace for decades. As a scientist by training myself, it is important to facilitate this dialogue with my clients, and also to ensure that our practices, methodologies and approaches are also grounded in theory, not just practice.
